SoFest is a ticketed one day family music and arts festival event which is being delivered by Viva Arts and Community Group to raise money for the charity.

In addition to a stellar line up of music you’ll be entertained with children’s magic shows, family theatre to include BUZZ and the Puppet petting farm. There’ll be craft and creative activities for families as well as a fully inclusive fairground with inflatables, bumper cars and trampolines. You’ll be joined in the audience by balloon modellers, musicians and face painters, all included in the ticket price.

For your continued enjoyment there’ll be quality food and drink vendors on-site to purchase refreshments.

Please note tickets are delivered by email. If purchasing more than one ticket type, you will receive a email for each one. On arrival at the event, you will be asked to show the QR code on the ticket to gain access. You can either show us the email(s) on your digital device or a printed copy. If showing a printed version, ensure the QR code is clear and not distorted in anyway.

Refunds, Cancellation & Postponement

• Refunds will only be offered in the event of a total cancellation or material alteration to the event.
• Material alterations are deemed to be changes, which in the organiser’s opinion, amount to a material change to the event which ticket purchasers could have reasonably expected.
• Material alterations do not include changes to the line-up, poor weather, late starts or early finishes (where the majority of the event has taken place).
• If the festival is postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date(s) free of charge. If you are unable to make the new date, you may request a refund. We will communicate options to ticket holders via email.
• Refunds of booking fees and/or order fees are subject to the T&Cs at the point of sale.
• Refunds will not be offered in the event of customers wishing to purchase a discounted ticket type, having already purchased at standard price(s).
• Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.
