Liza's international career began in 1967 when she
starred in Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. She made her first major impact
on the British small screen in 1969 with the award winning Take
Three Girls and went on to star in the BBC’s successful Bergerac. She was also a central character in the Emmy Award
winning and long running Children’s television series Woof.
Liza’s other television credits include The Brothers, Pig in
the Middle (three series) and Roll over Beethovern with
Nigel Planer (two series). Recently she has presented Liza’s
Country for Anglia Television and Collector’s Lot for
Channel 4.
Her recent theatre appearances have included Lady Bracknell in
The
Importance of Being Earnest. She then went on to play Mrs Erlynne
in the UK tour of Lady Windermere’s Fan and has recently
completed an Oscar Wilde hat trick by appearing as Mrs Cleveley in
Peter Hall’s production of An Ideal Husband.

Michael is one of Britain’s most popular actors, a
former member of the Hee Bee Gee Bees and the voice behind the
Spitting Image number 1 hit in 1986, The Chicken Song, he also
starred in KYTV, and its Radio 4 predecessor, Radio Active.
He also featured in many TV series including Ian Hislop's sitcom My
Dad's the Prime Minister, Coronation Street
and Eastenders.
Nowadays, he is best
known for his varied guest acting in many British comedies, television
commercials and soaps including My Hero, Life Begins,
Doctors, Casualty, Mike Bassett, Nighty Night,
Footballers Wives, Absolute Power and Judge John Deed.
For the last two years Mike has also stared in The Cambridge Arts
Theatre Pantomime. |
