 Deniva Offers

A trained Warden to contact you regularly at home
A daily phone call, Monday to Friday, to check you are OK
Up to three visits per week
Collection of Prescriptions
Collection of Pensions
An emergency contact to come out in response to calls via your personal alarm
Help with form-filling and making appointments
Other practical support (such as emergency shopping or some small domestic tasks)
A reliable link with statutory care services
A social link to Soham life
Reassurance for members and their families and friends

 Full-Time Deniva Membership

Members can choose how many phone calls and/or visits they want, up to a maximum of five calls and three visits, Monday to Friday.
They can also opt to have the Warden as an emergency contact for their personal alarm, if they wish

There is an annual £10 subscription, and a small weekly fee of £2.50

 Temporary Deniva Membership

For a £7.50 weekly fee, people can use the service for a short period:-
Maybe when friends or relatives are away, or after a hospital stay when you need more help than usual

 A Flexible Service

We offer these options:-

Emergency Help responding to calls via your personal alarm

And also a choice of:-

Full-Time Membership
Temporary Help, for short periods

Someone form Deniva can visit to discuss the service with you and/or your relatives
